Nancy Pelosi

Americans have been wondering if the polls showing Joe Biden leading Donald Trump are accurate.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave an answer.

And Nancy Pelosi made an amazing confession about the polls for the election.

During a recent speech on the floor of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi condemned looting and rioting as lawlessness.

“We support peaceful demonstrations. We participate in them. They are part of the essence of our democracy. That does not include looting, starting fires, or rioting. They should be prosecuted. That is lawlessness.”

That was a sharp contrast to Pelosi’s earlier comments.

Back in the summer – when the riots were starting to gain steam and Joe Biden voters were tearing down statues all over the country – Pelosi took a laissez-faire attitude dismissing the violence as ‘people will do what they do.’

Polls – both public and private – show the Democrats’ tolerance for lawlessness is dragging them down.

Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden made multiple campaign visits to Minnesota, which is the site of the original Black Lives Matter riots.

Neither campaign would dispatch their candidate to Minnesota if polls showing Joe Biden leading Donald Trump by 16 points were accurate.

More worrisome for Democrats are the warning signs in Michigan.

Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore, who correctly predicted Trump’s win in 2016, is raising the alarm that Joe Biden is repeating Hillary Clinton’s mistakes.

“The fact that Trump has narrowed the lead by 50 percent since June should have everybody screaming bloody murder,” Moore stated. “We don’t have a minute to lose on this.”

Moore said Biden’s campaign in Michigan was even worse than Clinton’s because at least Clinton’s campaign went through the mechanics of trying to identify and turnout voters.

“It’s actually worse than Hillary. At least there was a ground game, even though she didn’t show up,” Moore added.

Moore said that Biden was doing everything different than Clinton, but the choices on strategy and tactics were not better.

“Yes, we need to do it differently than 2016, but we need to go the other direction!” Moore ranted. “We need more, we don’t need less.”

Pelosi and Moore offered two different sides of the same coin.

Moore can feel on a gut instinct level that the race in Michigan is far closer than the polls show.

The left-wing filmmaker expressed the same worries in 2016 and was proven right when Trump carried Michigan on his way to the Presidency.

Pelosi does not operate based on her gut.

The Speaker of the House is as data driven as they come.

And Pelosi would not be speaking out and condemning the rioting if the polling data did not back up what Moore felt on the ground.
