It’s no surprise that Greater New York Black Lives Matter President Hawk Newsome is threatening to “burn the system down” if the Black Lives Matter movement doesn’t get what it wants.
“If this country doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down the system and replace it. All right? And I could be speaking figuratively, I could be speaking literally,” Newsome said to The Story host Martha MacCallum. “It’s a matter of interpretation. Let’s be very real and let’s observe the history of the 1960s. When black people were rioting, we have their highest growth in wealth, in property ownership. Think about the last few weeks. Since you started protesting there have been eight cops fired across the country.”
The civil rights movement was marked by mostly peaceful protesting.
The goal of the civil rights movement was for black people in America to have a fair share of the system and that’s still a good goal.
Justice and equality are hard to find and Americans always should be fighting to make society a better and more fair place.
But that’s not what Black Lives Matter is looking for, the agenda that movement seems to be pushing is violence unless they get socialism.
“Black Lives Matter leader states, ‘If U.S. doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down this system and replace it’. This is Treason, Sedition, Insurrection!” Trump said on Twitter.
The Daily Caller found that 15 people died when the protests on George Floyd’s death turned violent.
The left needs to stop glorifying riots and destruction.
It is not bad for America as a whole, it’s bad for the African American communities.
The solution to solve inner city violence is not as simple as “don’t be racist.”
If it were that easy, the problem would be solved because most Americans aren’t racist.
The Black Lives Matter movement has no problem to fix, which is why they are a destructive organization.
