Legal challenges to the questionable vote totals in one big state took a surprising turn.
All hell is breaking loose in this state.
And that’s because a Supreme Court Justice stepped in and stopped Joe Biden from winning this state.
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito—who oversees the Third Circuit Court of Appeals—ordered attorneys for the State of Pennsylvania to respond to Congressman Mike Kelly’s emergency application for an injunction to prevent the state of Pennsylvania from naming pro-Joe Biden electors by December 8.
That date is extremely important.
RedState explained why, writing that “The ‘Safe Harbor’ provision for naming Electors is December 8. What that means is that Congress must accept as valid — without allowing any challenge — the Electors named by a State on or before December 8 if those Electors were chosen in the manner prescribed by state law. The Pennsylvania state officials are not, at this time, prevented by any court order from naming Electors for Joe Biden, and presumably, they will do so on or before December 8 as a result of the popular election which is the manner prescribed by the Pennsylvania legislature for naming Electors. That means those Electors must be accepted by Congress when the Electoral College reports the outcome of their vote.”
Congressman Kelly’s lawsuit centers on a piece of legislation that the Republican-controlled state House and Senate foolishly passed last spring expanding no excuse mail-in absentee voting after the Democrats whipped up a false hysteria about the dangers of in-person voting during the coronavirus pandemic.
In the lawsuit Congressman Kelly argued the Pennsylvania legislature illegally expanded mail-in voting by ignoring the state Constitution.
“In so passing Act 77,” Congressman Kelly’s appeal argued that “Respondents disenfranchised the entire Pennsylvania electorate, who were entitled to a constitutionally-mandated vote to approve this sweeping change to absentee voting before it was implemented.”
Over 2.5 million Pennsylvanians cast mail-in ballots.
The President and his allies claimed this opened the door for widespread fraud.
And at least one whistleblower stepped forward to allege hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots were injected into the total.
United States Postal Service subcontractor Jesse Morgan told Sean Hannity that in October he drove nearly 300,000 ballots from New York to Pennsylvania.
“I can tell you, I took 24 pallets,” Morgan explained to Hannity.”This happened on Oct. 21, and I picked them up in Bethpage, N.Y. and drove them to Harrisburg [Pa.] and from Harrisburg, I drove them to Lancaster, dropped the trailer in Lancaster, dropped my truck off, and went home.”
There are serious allegations of fraud and witnesses who put their testimony down in sworn affidavits under penalty of perjury.
Justice Alito stepping in and demanding the state of Pennsylvania respond to these complaints shows there may be interest by the Supreme Court in taking up this case about who really won the 2020 election.
