Donald Trump

Since the first day of the Trump administration, Democrats have counted on Obama judges to cripple Donald Trump’s agenda.

Partisan activists on the bench enforce the double standard of justice that allowed Robert Mueller to terrorize Trump associates and throw them in jail for the simple crime of working for the President.

Trump supporters noted it was no coincidence that fierce Obama partisan “Judge” Amy Berman Jackson always seemed to draw the assignment of presiding over the trials of Trump associates.

Berman Jackson oversaw Paul Manafort and Roger Stone’s convictions and the latest moment of controversy came when Judge Berman Jackson sentenced Stone to 40 months in prison.

Before Berman Jackson handed down her ruling on how much time Stone would spend behind bars, Berman Jackson unleashed an hour-long speech flooding the courtroom with lies, misinformation and conspiracy theories in order to resurrect the Russian collusion theory.

Berman Jackson misled everyone by claiming what Stone was accused of was “a threat to our most fundamental institutions, to the very foundation of our democracy.”

Deep State loyalists like Andrew McCabe and Glenn Simpson also stood accused of lying to federal investigators or Congress and neither of them were prosecuted or mentioned in Berman Jackson’s tirade.

Berman Jackson continued by claiming the outrage over lying to investigators should be bipartisan.

“The dismay and disgust at any attempt to interfere with the efforts of prosecutors and members of the judiciary to fulfill their duty should transcend party,” Berman Jackson ranted, without a hint of self-awareness since her fellow Democrats and Deep State allies escaped any accountability for their alleged crimes.

Berman Jackson then falsely claimed that Stone was not prosecuted because of “who his friends are or who his enemies are.”

That was a lie.

Only Donald Trump’s friends were prosecuted for any process crimes.

Prosecutors passed on charging Democrats like Tony Podesta and resistance figures like James Comey with crimes despite compelling evidence they broke the law.

Berman Jackson topped her parade of falsehoods by lying about what Stone did.

In her rant, Berman Jackson tried to insinuate that Stone lied to Congress to conceal evidence of Russian collusion.

“He was not prosecuted for standing up for the president,” Berman Jackson falsely claimed. “He was prosecuted for covering up for the president.”

Donald Trump addressed the Stone sentence at a ceremony honoring prison graduates.

The President noted that Stone deserved a new trial because of a tainted jury pool.

Trump cited the jury forewoman who ran for Congress as a Democrat and polluted her social media feed with praise for the prosecutors in the case and various anti-Trump propaganda.

“It’s my strong opinion that the forewoman of the jury, the woman who was in charge of the jury is totally tainted when you take a look, how can you have a person like this?” Trump wondered.

Trump pointed out that the justice system was rigged against him by listing all of the alleged Deep State criminals that saw prosecutors tip the scales of justice in their favor by looking the other way on what Trump believed were obvious crimes.

“What happened to him is unbelievable, they say he lied, but other people lied too. Comey lied, McCabe lied, Lisa Page lied, her lover Peter Strzok lied,” Trump continued. “You don’t know who these people are, trust me, they lied.”

Finally, Trump put Berman Jackson and every other Deep State sympathizer on notice that Trump would like to see Stone “exonerated.”

“I’d love to see Roger exonerated, and I’d love to see it happen because I personally think he was treated very unfairly,” Trump declared.

This meant the President was willing to see how Stone’s petition for a new trial went, but if Berman Jackson once again rigged the case against Stone, the President would step in with a pardon or a commutation.
