The Democrats’ 2020 problems continue to stack up.

Now the party is facing a crisis that is bad news for their prospects for the November election.

A Democrat governor was dragged into court. This scandal will have you shaking.

Democrats seized on the hysteria and propaganda surrounding the coronavirus to push their plan for a voter fraud scheme of all mail-in ballot elections.

President Trump and the GOP are pushing back on the federal level by blocking the Democrats from including money for a mail-ballot voter fraud scheme in coronavirus relief legislation.

But at the state level is where the Democrats made their move.

California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom swiftly moved to exploit the pandemic to implement universal vote-by-mail for the November election.

Former Republican Congressman and current candidate Darrell Issa filed a lawsuit that the California Republican Party, National Republican Congressional Committee and the Republican National Committee joined.

This lawsuit pointed out that California mailed ballots to every registered voter listed on the rolls even if they were dead or fell into other ineligible categories.

“…the Governor created a system that will violate eligible citizens’ right to vote. By ordering that vote-by-mail ballots be automatically sent to every registered voter—including inactive voters, voters with invalid registrations, voters who have moved, voters who have died, and voters who don’t want a ballot—he has created a recipe for disaster,” the complaint read.

Republicans also argued that the lawsuit opened the door to widespread voter fraud and disenfranchises legitimate votes by introducing illegal ballots into the vote count.

“No State that regularly conducts statewide all-mail elections automatically mails ballots to inactive voters because it invites fraud, coercion, theft, and otherwise illegitimate voting. Fraudulent and invalid votes dilute the votes of honest citizens and deprive them of their right to vote in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment,” the Republican lawsuit argued.

The Republican complaint held that Democrats tried to push mail-in voting through lawsuits long before the coronavirus, so the pandemic was nothing more than a fig leaf to impose a policy by end-running the courts and the legislature under the guise of an “emergency.”

“Much of the push toward all-mail voting has been driven by litigation initiated by the Democratic Party. The Democratic National Committee, state Democratic parties, and several affiliated groups have filed lawsuits across the country to force a hurried transition to no-excuse mail-in voting, eliminate voter-identification requirements, and remove other existing safeguards,” the complaint read.

“Democrats pushed these changes long before COVID-19 because they believe that the resulting free-for-all will help their electoral prospects. Unable to persuade legislatures to adopt these changes, Democrats have turned to the courts, arguing that COVID-19 means that their preferred changes are now mandated by the Constitution. Indeed, according to the Democrats’ top lawyer, ‘If [these lawsuits] gain 1 percent of the vote [for Democrats], that would be among the most successful tactics that a campaign could engage in,’” the Republicans’ complaint stated.
