There is little suspense left in the Democrat Presidential primary.

Joe Biden is the likely nominee and the biggest question remaining is who Biden will select as his Vice Presidential nominee.

And you won’t believe who Joe Biden just announced as his running mate.

During the final Democrat Presidential debate which aired on fake news CNN, Biden announced he would select a woman as his Vice Presidential running mate.

“If I’m elected president, my cabinet, my administration will look like the country,” Biden declared. “I commit that I will, in fact, pick a woman to be my vice president.”

“There are a number of women who are qualified to be president tomorrow,” the former Vice President added. “I would pick a woman to be my vice president.”

Democrats need to run up large margins with female voters if they hope to unseat President Trump in November.

Biden is not the type of candidate that inspires base turnout.

The former Vice President is an old, possibly senile, corporate-backed Democrat.

Biden won the nomination despite Democrats hailing their Presidential field as the most “diverse in history.”

And Biden winning the nomination crushed the hopes of the large segment of women voters that make up the Democrat base who now believe a woman can never get elected President.

These voters watched Hillary Clinton go down in flames in 2016 and then saw even worse results in 2016 as five different female candidates failed to gain altitude.

Many younger female Democrats also believe Biden railroaded Anita Hill when Biden served as the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee during the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings.

Biden’s Vice Presidential running mate takes on added significance because if Biden wins, the former Vice President – at age 78 – will be the oldest President ever inaugurated.

The former Vice President’s obvious cognitive decline and light campaign schedule make it hard for many Americans to believe Biden could stand for re-election in 2024.

Biden already presents a picture of a greatly diminished figure at age 78.

There is no telling how dire the state of his health and mental faculties would be at age 82.

Whoever Biden selects as his running mate may be the most consequential Vice Presidential nominee in American history.

This individual – now guaranteed to be a woman – will in all likelihood be the Democrat nominee in 2024.

And Biden’s poor health and advanced age means Biden may even step aside before the 2024 election.

Some of the names floated to serve as Biden’s running mate are Amy Klobuchar, Kamala Harris, Val Demings and Stacey Abrams.

Some Democrats think Klobuchar hailing from the Midwest plus her false front as a supposed “moderate” make her an ideal match for Biden.

Other prominent Democrats argue that since black voters saved Biden’s candidacy in South Carolina, Biden needs to repay them by selecting Harris, Demings or Abrams.
