Democrats are up in arms over President Trump’s latest decision regarding a sensitive memo.

Liberals have been rallying to get the memo released after the FISA memo revealed how dirty their party really is.

But now, a decision has been made on the fate of the House Intelligence Committee memo—leaving Democrats fuming.

President Trump has made the decision to leave the memo classified, as the release would endanger too many sources if revealed according to White House Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley.

The new memo was compiled in response to last week’s FISA memo, which revealed American privacy was being trampled on by the previous administration.

Democrats claim their new memo provides context and explanations for the abuse of power revealed in the previous memo.

The Daily Caller reported:

The Republican memo found that the FBI and the Department of Justice did not disclose the political origins of the Steele dossier in its FISA application on Trump campaign associate Carter Page and revealed previously undisclosed testimony from former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, in which he confirmed that an investigation into Page would not have occurred without the dossier.

The White House told Congress Friday Trump would not release the Democratic memo saying “although the President is inclined to declassify the February 5th [Democratic] Memorandum, because the Memorandum contains numerous properly classified and especially sensitive passages, he is unable to do so at this time.”

The White House continued that it would allow the FBI to provide technical assistance to Democrats to produce a non-objectionable version of the memo.

“The Executive Branch stands ready to review any subsequent draft of the February 5th Memorandum for declassification at the earliest opportunity,” White House counsel Don McGahn declared.

But Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) claims Trump will not release the memo because it would reveal “underlying facts” about the Russia investigation.

Schiff is currently the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, who worked to compile the Democrat memo.

While Schiff claims Trump is trying to hide the truth from the public, even the Democrat himself revealed there was sensitive information in the memo that needed to be redacted.

The Hill reported:

“The president doesn’t want you to see these facts from the FISA application because it completely undermines his claim of vindication,” Schiff told CBS’s “Face the Nation,” referring to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court application used to obtain a warrant to spy on a former Trump campaign aide.

Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, said he plans to work with the FBI to redact necessary information from the Democratic memo, which rebuts a document drafted by staff of the panel’s Republican chairman, Rep. Devin Nunes (Calif.).
