Ruth Bader GinsburgLeft-wing Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg figures to play a key role in any impeachment court case.

As the leader of the liberal justices, it could come down to Ginsburg to sway Chief Justice John Roberts to vote against President Trump on any number of legal issues.

And now Ruth Bader Ginsburg just handed down this major impeachment opinion.

BBC reporter Razia Iqbal interviewed the radical left-wing Supreme Court Justice at a ceremony where the Berggruen Institute awarded Ginsburg the Berggruen Prize for Philosophy and Culture.

Iqbal quizzed Ginsburg on President Trump’s recent comments that the Supreme Court should step in and put a stop to the Democrats’ impeachment witch hunt.

“Just landed in the United Kingdom, heading to London for NATO meetings tomorrow. Prior to landing I read the Republicans Report on the Impeachment Hoax. Great job! Radical Left has NO CASE. Read the Transcripts. Shouldn’t even be allowed. Can we go to Supreme Court to stop?” Trump tweeted.

“The president is not a lawyer,” Ginsburg stated. “He’s not law-trained. But the truth is, the judiciary is a reactive institution. We don’t have a program, we don’t have an agenda. We react to what’s out there.”

During this interview, Ginsburg also declared that any Senator that expressed bias about their vote in acquitting or convicting the President on articles of impeachment should be disqualified from sitting as a juror in any Senate trial.

The fake news media recently adopted that talking point to batter Republicans for supposedly being “biased” jurors.

Democrats and fake news so-called “reporters” fumed with anger as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell refused to go along with the left’s scheme to remove the President from office.

“I’m not an impartial juror. This is a political process. There’s not anything judicial about it. Impeachment is a political decision. The House made a partisan political decision to impeach. I would anticipate we will have a largely partisan outcome in the Senate. I’m not impartial about this at all,” McConnell told the press.

The fake news media and Democrats want to bully Republican Senators into voting to convict the President on articles of impeachment.

As long as Republican Senators stand firm against articles of impeachment that is impossible.

So the left is trying to gradually nudge them toward conviction by first complaining that Republican Senators aren’t following their oath to be impartial jurors.

This is – of course – ridiculous.

Republican Senators saw all the evidence the Democrats gathered through a month-long series of public show trial hearings where multiple Deep State bureaucrats testified to their feelings, opinions, and gossip about Donald Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian President.

There will be no new evidence at a Senate trial so Republicans announcing their intention to acquit the President comports perfectly with their oath as jurors in any Senate impeachment trial.
