MSNBC Rachel MaddowMSNBC made Russian collusion their full-time business.

They thought they could get away with saying any outlandish thing they want.

But now MSNBC has hell to pay for Rachel Maddow’s massive legal troubles.

MSNBC has become lazy in its reporting.

Instead of finding actual flaws with conservatives, they go for baseless insults.

There is no foundation to the Russian investigation against Donald Trump and yet MSNBC has reported for years that the only reason that Trump won was because of Russian conclusion.

They blame Republicans for cheating rather than admitting that they lost a race in which Hillary Clinton had major advantages in media coverage and monetary power.

It’s easier to use Russia as the evil boogeyman that changed the results rather than reflect on how out of touch the Democratic Party is to the needs of everyday Americans.

But MSNBC is learning that they can’t accuse patriotic Americans of working for the Russians without consequence.

One America News Network has filed a $10 million defamation lawsuit against Rachel Maddow and MSNBC.

A week after OAN president Charles Herring “called out and objected to Comcast’s anti-competitive censorship in an email to Comcast’s President of Content Acquisition,” Maddow opened her show by saying OAN “really, literally is paid Russian propaganda,” according to a press release from the network.

The complaint alleges that Maddow and MSNBC “knew this statement was false and that they acted maliciously and recklessly in making it,” adding that it was “meant to damage OAN’s business and reputation.”

According to Skip Miller, the lawyer who represents OAN, “One America is wholly owned, operated and financed by the Herring family in San Diego. They are as American as apple pie. They are not paid by Russia and have nothing to do with the Russian government. This is a false and malicious libel, and they’re going to answer for it in a court of law.”

There is a limit to how many people you can say have ties to the Russian government without looking utterly ridiculous.

It makes MSNBC look more like a partisan bully than respected journalism.

MSNBC and other mainstream news organizations won’t survive if the American people can’t trust them to be accurate.

Do you trust MSNBC to bring you the news accurately?
