Brett KavanaughDemocrats seethed with rage after Republicans confirmed Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

Rather than accept defeat, Democrats hunted for a scandal to use against Kavanaugh.

And now Brett Kavanaugh is about to get thrown off the Supreme Court for this sexual scandal.

New York Times reporters Kate Kelly and Robin Pogrebin just published a book “The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation.”

As part of the book’s promotion, the New York Times published an essay from Kelly and Pogrebin reporting on their work.

Part of the essay included a previously unreported allegation that Kavanaugh exposed himself to a female student at a Yale party.

Kelly and Pogrebin wrote:

We also uncovered a previously unreported story about Mr. Kavanaugh in his freshman year that echoes Ms. Ramirez’s allegation. A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student. Mr. Stier, who runs a nonprofit organization in Washington, notified senators and the F.B.I. about this account, but the F.B.I. did not investigate and Mr. Stier has declined to discuss it publicly. We corroborated the story with two officials who have communicated with Mr. Stier; the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say she does not recall the episode.

There were two glaring issues with this essay.

First, the Times omitted part of Kelly and Pogrebin’s reporting in the book that friends of the alleged victim claimed she did not recall such an incident.

Second, Kelly and Pogrebin concealed crucial facts about Stier.

Max Stier is a partisan Democrat that performed legal work for Bill Clinton during the Watergate investigation when Kavanaugh served on Special Prosecutor Kenneth Starr’s investigative staff.

Also, Stier’s wife was nominated for judicial appointment by former President Barack Obama, but her appointment was blocked by Mitch McConnell.

The Times’ journalistic malpractice was outrageous and deliberate.

While some Democrats called for impeachment, that was not the purpose of the essay.

Kelly, Pogrebin and the editors ran a knowingly false story to try and bully Kavanaugh into voting with the court’s liberal justices on key cases – especially ones that involve abortion.

President Trump called out the Times for this partisan hackery.

“Brett Kavanaugh should start suing people for libel, or the Justice Department should come to his rescue. The lies being told about him are unbelievable. False Accusations without recrimination. When does it stop? They are trying to influence his opinions. Can’t let that happen!” The President continued, “Can’t let Brett Kavanaugh give Radical Left Democrat (Liberal Plus) Opinions based on threats of Impeaching him over made up stories (sound familiar?), false allegations, and lies. This is the game they play. Fake and Corrupt News is working overtime!”

The intimidation tactics worked on Chief Justice John Roberts when he voted with the liberals on cases involving Obama and the U.S. census.

Will they work on Justice Kavanaugh?
