arabic kids in the school, classroom wit a teacherBarack Obama has something to say to teachers who expect to be treated with respect…

…Go @#$% yourself.

Students can now curse out or scream at teachers without fear of being suspended or expelled, under a new order from Barack Obama.

In fact, the Obama dictate states that if a student “willfully defies” a teacher, the teacher herself could face a federal investigation.

The latest school district to fall under the White House order is Oakland, California’s Unified School District.

“Mouthing off in class or failing to follow a teacher’s instructions will no longer lead to suspension in Oakland schools, a ban that will be phased in and be fully in effect just over a year from now,” the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

The policy also bans expulsions and forced transfers to other schools.

The policy comes after the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights placed the Oakland school district under investigation. The Obama administration claims that suspending students for disrupting classrooms and verbally assaulting teachers is racist.

The Obama administration claims that expecting students to not scream obscenities at teachers is “segregationist.”

“Codified segregation of public schools has been barred since Brown. But in too many of our school districts, significant divisions persist and segregation has reoccurred — including zero-tolerance school discipline practices that, while well-intentioned and aimed at promoting school safety, affect black males at a rate three times higher than their white peers,” said Obama Attorney General Eric Holder in a May 2014 speech.

“Oakland has been criticized for the disproportionate suspensions, leading to an investigation by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights and a 2012 voluntary agreement that required the district to employ a range of practices that reduced suspensions,” the Chronicle reports.

Teachers unions are more than happy throw their members under the bus.

The National Education Association (NEA) supports the anti-teacher policy. The NEA wants cursed-out teachers to stop trying to create a learning environment and instead “work with the students to better understand their misbehavior.”
