The media has been demanding Donald Trump answer questions about his supposed ties to Russia.

He did that and more in an epic press conference held in the East Room of the White House.

And when it was over, the media was left whining and crying.

Trump began his tour de force by listing off the accomplishments of his administration.

And he has numerous achievements to brag about.

He’s signed executive orders gutting the enforcement of ObamaCare, cracking down on sanctuary cities and the deportation of illegal immigrants, building the Dakota Access and Keystone Pipelines and withdrawing from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Trump made the point that the media doesn’t want to cover his successes, they just want to invent scandal where none exists.

He blasted the media for constantly printing fake news and slanting their coverage to present his actions in the worst possible light.

The media was furious.

Chuck Todd – host of NBC’s Meet the Press – called Trump’s performance “un-American” and whined that he was “delegitimizing” the press.

But while the left-wing partisans in the press hated being called onto the carpet for their anti-Trump agenda, Trump supporters cheered the performance.

Rush Limbaugh praised the press conference as “the most effective I have ever seen.”

Newsmax reports he also went on to give further praise to Trump’s performance:

“Just what the doctor ordered,” Limbaugh declared. “This is Donald Trump going over the head of the media right to the American people, advancing his domestic agenda and being totally transparent….”

“They’re in that room to destroy him, whether they want to admit it or not,” Limbaugh said of the press. “And there were three or four questions today that I heard that left no doubt that’s what the purpose was.”

Limbaugh charged the national media “has gotten to the point where they need a watchdog.”

“And it turns out that Trump is the watchdog,” Limbaugh said. “Trump is the guy holding them accountable. Trump is the guy calling them out.”

“We’ve not seen anything like this, and Trump did it with an air of confidence and self-assuredness. He was not nervous at all. He was having fun with them. He was toying with them.”

“We got one of the best administrations in the history of administrations.”
