Smug liberal comic John Oliver called on his rabid liberal followers to attack FCC Chairman Ajit Pai last week.

This week, he had to use that same show to beg his torch-wielding mob to stop sending racist slurs and death threats.

The Hill reports:

HBO comedian John Oliver on Sunday again rallied his viewers to submit pro-net neutrality comments to the Federal Communications Commission, but took a shot at those who had been using the site to launch personal attacks against the FCC’s GOP chairman…

…Oliver acknowledged in a Youtube video that there were racist comments filed in support of net neutrality and had a simple message for any of his viewers who may have written them: “Stop it. Do not f—ing do that.”

“Writing racist things on the internet is not how you win the net neutrality debate,” Oliver said. “It’s how you win the presidency.”

But this Frankenstein’s monster of a liberal movement, propelling itself to violent new extremes, isn’t listening to its master.

Along with their usual racist comments, the Oliver-inspired mobs even stalked Pai in his home on Mother’s Day.

The Daily Caller reports:

Liberal activists showed up outside of the home of Federal Communication Commission Chairman Ajit Pai on Mother’s Day in protest of his plan to repeal Obama-era net neutrality regulations.

“The reason we are here is because Chairman Pai has made it very clear that he’s already decided this issue,” Kevin Zeese, co-director of the group Popular Resistance, told The Daily Caller News Foundation Sunday. “Before the public comment period even begins, he’s already said he’s getting rid of Title II, and he’s getting rid of net neutrality.”

About a dozen activists appeared outside Pai’s home at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Predictably, many of the groups have direct ties to terrorism and violence.

The Daily Caller reports:

The activists, who are protesting plans to eliminate Obama-era net neutrality regulations, have connections to radical alt-left groups including DisruptJ20 and Popular Resistance. One activist leader, Evan Greer, worked three years to free an al Qaeda terrorist convicted of planning to shoot up a Boston shopping mall.

Greer lists his role as Media Strategy and Outreach Coordinator for the Tarek Mehanna Support Group on his LinkedIn profile. Mehanna was convicted on charges that he conspired to kill Americans and was sentenced to 17.5 years in federal prison…

…Eleanor Goldfield, who helped organize the Disrupt J20 protests during President Donald Trump’s inauguration, joined Popular Resistance Sunday afternoon outside of Pai’s home.

At least 217 people were arrested during Trump’s Inauguration Day, many of whom were charged with rioting. Goldfield declined to comment when approached by TheDCNF for comment.

There have also been two arrests in eight days of liberals threatening to kill or harm Republican congressmen over health care, inspired by the mainstream media and liberal activists’ false claims about the Obamacare replacement bill.

Tennessee resident Wendi Wright was arrested May 8, after leaping into her car after a town hall meeting and chasing Republican Congressman David Kustoff.

When he pulled into a driveway to call 911, Wright blocked him in, left her car, and attempted to reach into his vehicle to assault him.

Just eight days later, Tucson resident Steve Martan was arrested for making multiple phone threats to Arizona Republican Congresswoman Martha McSally.

“Yeah Martha, our sights are set on you, right between your (expletive) eyes….Can’t wait to (expletive) pull the trigger (expletive). Your days are numbered,” said Martan, explicitly threatening to kill McSally over the health care bill.

In their attacks and threats, both Martan and Wright repeated false claims made by the mainstream media and liberal groups.

Martan was also an active supporter of the online group “Occupy Democrats”, known for their hyperbolic and often incorrect claims about Republicans.
