Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders supporters clashed at the convention with their competing boos and chants during the opening proceedings.

The chants and boos were so loud, the speakers of the convention’s first hour struggled to even carry out business.

“WE WANT BERNIE!” Sanders’ followers shouted in a show of anger at both Clinton’s victory and at the recently leaked emails indicating blatant bias against him.

“Brothers and sisters, this is the real world that we live in,” Sanders said earlier to members and delegates.

“Trump is a bully and a demagogue,” he added.

But members of the crowd weren’t having it. “So is Hillary!” they shouted. “She stole the election!” another shouted.

The boos and chants showed a direct contrast to the Democrats’ wishful media narrative that Trump and the GOP are the division party while the Democrats are the “party of unity”.

The recent email scandal to hit the Democratic National Committee show DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz and other top heads at the DNC attempting to not only undermine Sanders’ campaign, but even sabotage it.

Some of the worst leaked emails show DNC officials exploring ways to raise questions about whether Sanders, whose of Jewish heritage, was actually an atheist.

The extreme prejudice against Sanders forced Schultz, who was slated to speak, to not only give up her speaking slot but submit her resignation.

“I have decided that in the interest of making sure that we can start the Democratic convention on a high note that I am not going to gavel in the convention,” Schultz said.

The meeting “needs to be all about making sure that everyone knows that Hillary Clinton would make the best President,” she said.

The Clinton campaign is certainly fuming about the leak of the DNC emails as the scandal is overshadowing the entire convention.

Members of her campaign have even questioned whether or not Russians may have had a hand in the hack-attack as an effort to help Trump.

Republicans dismissed the suggestion as absurd and Trump even poked fun at the Democrats’ opening-day fiasco.

“Wow, the Republican convention went so smoothly compared to the Dems total mess,” Trump tweeted.

The FBI said on Monday they will investigate the nature and scope of the attack, which Wikileaks takes credit for.
