Ever since the bombshell dropped that Hillary Clinton had a secret private email server while serving as Secretary of State, the biggest mystery in Washington has been whether the Obama regime would bring criminal charges against their party’s frontrunner for the Presidency.

Hillary spent months denying an FBI investigation in order to distract questions during the primaries.

But now that the FBI is granting immunity to Hillary’s underlings in exchange for testimony and interviews will be arranged with her State Department subordinates and even Hillary herself, the evidence is piling up.

But former Majority Leader, Tom Delay spilled the beans saying Obama will likely stall criminal charges against Hillary until after her election to White House.

Appearing on Newsmax TV, he predicts the Department of Justice will appoint a Special Prosecutor to drag out the investigations.

Newsmax reports:

“If the FBI recommends an indictment, the attorney general will appoint a special prosecutor. That gets this case all the way through the election,” DeLay, a Texas Republican, said Monday on “The Steve Malzberg Show.”

“That’s what I think is going to happen [It would be for] stalling purposes. That’s how you get it past the election.”

“What it says to me is they are getting very close to the end of their investigation. Usually what goes on is they do their investigation, they’re ready to proceed, and then they go after the target and bring the target in and talk to them,” DeLay said.

“The timing … is right on schedule. They’re right at the end of this investigation, they’ll interview her … It looks like to me that the FBI will move and it’s going to move soon.”

FBI Director James Comey is known for not favoring partisan politics.

But Attorney General Loretta Lynch hasn’t given any indication on how she will proceed should the FBI bring charges against Hillary.

Lynch was appointed as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York in 1999 by Bill Clinton.

And her law firm has ties to Hillary Clinton.

World Net Daily reports:

“But little known is the fact that Lynch was a litigation partner for eight years at a major Washington law firm that served the Clintons.

Lynch was with the Washington-headquartered international law firm Hogan & Hartson LLP from March 2002 through April 2010.

According to documents Hillary Clinton’s first presidential campaign made public in 2008, Hogan & Hartson’s New York-based partner Howard Topaz was the tax lawyer who filed income tax returns for Bill and Hillary Clinton beginning in 2004.

In addition, Hogan & Hartson in Virginia filed a patent trademark request on May 19, 2004, for Denver-based MX Logic Inc., the computer software firm that developed the email encryption system used to manage Clinton’s private email server beginning in July 2013. A tech expert has observed that employees of MX Logic could have had access to all the emails that went through her account.”

Given the professional and political ties between Loretta Lynch and the Clinton family can anyone expect an objective assessment of Hillary when she is tried?

Or do these ties suggest former Majority Leader Tom Delay is onto something when he describes how the Obama regime will stall all charges against Hillary until after the election?
