It’s painfully obvious just how panicked the Obama administration was when Donald Trump won on November 8th – because the sheer amount of power-grabs they pulled in their final days was unprecedented.

Obama tried to permanently fund Planned Parenthood.

He undermined Utah and Nevada state officials when he stole their land and made it into federal parks.

He released terrorists from Gitmo and then he unleashed countless of felons onto the streets.

And although this arguably might not be his worst act in his final hours of office, it is certainly disgraceful.

We are now just finding out that Obama gave $221 million of taxpayers’ money to the Palestinians on the morning of Trump’s inauguration.

The Associated Press reported:

“Officials say the Obama administration in its waning hours defied Republican opposition and quietly released $221 million to the Palestinian Authority that GOP members of Congress had been blocking.

In addition to the $221 million for the Palestinians, the Obama administration also told Congress on Friday it was going ahead with the release of another $6 million in foreign affairs spending, including $4 million for climate change programs and $1.25 million for U.N. organizations, the congressional aides said.

The aides and the State Department official weren’t authorized to speak publicly on the matter and demanded anonymity.”

Why in the world would they demand anonymity unless there was something to hide?

This wasn’t the first time Obama had granted federal funding to the Palestinian Authority despite Congress’ objections, either.

In 2012, he unblocked nearly $200 million of frozen money to the Palestinians by using a legal waiver in the Palestinian Accountability Act.

So the irresponsible logic from Obama here is to pay taxpayers’ money to the terrorist-tied Palestinians so that they’ll hopefully remain accountable?

That makes zero sense.

The Associated Press also reported:

“The Obama administration had for some time been pressing for the release of the money for the Palestinian Authority, which comes from the U.S. Agency for International Development and is to be used for humanitarian aid in the West Bank and Gaza, to support political and security reforms as well as help prepare for good governance and the rule of law in a future Palestinian state, according to the notification sent to Congress.

The $1.25 million for U.N. agencies is to be used as voluntary contributions to the U.N. Peacebuilding Fund; the U.N. Special Coordinator on improving the U.N. response to sexual exploitation and abuse; the Montreal Protocol Secretariat, which oversees the protection of the ozone layer; the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights; and the U.N. System Staff College.

The $4 million for climate programs includes assistance for clean energy, sustainable landscapes, cutting greenhouse gas emissions and creating a climate technology center.

The last-minute allocation also contained $1.05 million in funding for the State Department’s Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan office and the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs.”

Obama intentionally ignored Congress’ request to keep the money frozen and to renounce the Palestinian Authority with ties to international organizations, which of course, infuriated them.

The Palestinian Authority reportedly provides compensation to the families of terrorist prisoners incarcerated in Israeli prisons, as well as to the families of those who have killed themselves in attacks on Israeli civilians.

It goes without saying that Obama followed through on this act in the final hours of his presidency because President Trump vowed to be a strong supporter of Israel and will be visiting with Prime Minster Benjamin Netanyahu soon.

But Obama had to send one last selfishly disgraceful message.
