Hillary Clinton has tried to smooth over the legal impact of her using a private email server to transmit classified intelligence.

But, like so much of what she’s claimed, it’s one big lie.

However, the fact remains Hillary Clinton could face up to a decade behind bars for her criminal activity.

One of the mysteries we haven’t yet gotten to the bottom of yet is if her server was hacked by foreign governments.

Did the agents of Vladimir Putin, or those associated with the terrorist government in Iran, or the Chinese communists, access her emails?

If so, Hillary could be in for a lengthy prison sentence.

Investor’s Business Daily writes:

“Under the Espionage Act it is a felony for a federal official to “knowingly remove classified material without the authority to do so and with the intention of keeping that material at an unauthorized location.” That alone can lead to a one-year prison sentence. If the classified material is then made available to an “unauthorized person,” it can lead to 10 years in prison — 15 if the information identifies a U.S. covert agent.”

Was Hillary’s email server hacked?

There are strong indications the answer is “yes”.

Politico reports:

“Hillary Clinton’s private email server containing tens of thousands of messages from her tenure as secretary of state — including more than 400 now considered classified — was the subject of hacking attempts from China, South Korea and Germany after she stepped down in 2013, according to Congressional investigators.

The Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee has found evidence of attempted intrusions into Clinton’s server in 2013 and 2014, according to a letter Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) sent Monday to a Florida-based security firm tasked with protecting the hardware.

The contractor, SECNAP Network Security, identified the attacks, but according to internal emails cited and briefly quoted in the Johnson letter, Clinton’s sever may have lacked a threat-detection program for three months, Johnson says.”

In fact, some experts believe it is a given.

The Observer reports:

“This is deception of a special kind. In the first place, why has the Romanian hacker Guccifer pleaded guilty to hacking into Hillary’s server if he did not, in fact, do so? Moreover, the FBI has been in possession of said server for months, and they have uncovered several successful hacking efforts into it when it resided in an upstairs bathroom of the Clinton residence in Chappaqua, New York.

“We know it was hacked numerous times, it’s that simple,” explained a senior U.S. counterintelligence official who is privy some of the FBI’s findings. “If I were Vladimir Putin I’d fire the head of the SVR [Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service] if he didn’t get a good look at Hillary’s emails when they were sitting in plain sight online,” he added with a laugh.”
