The legal headaches continue to pile up for Hillary Clinton.

She escaped indictment for transmitting classified intelligence over an unsecured server, but now is facing an investigation for possibly perjuring herself before Congress.

And new, explosive evidence suggests illegal campaign activity may have helped Hillary steal the Democrat Party nomination.

Wikileaks released nearly 20,000 emails from the Democrat National Committee.

Some of the emails showed the party’s national committee was conspiring to defeat Bernie Sanders.

One email suggested that Hillary should attack Bernie for being an atheist to ruin his chances of victory in Southern primaries.

Breitbart reports on the contents of the email from Democratic National Committee’s Chief Financial Officer, Brad Marshall:

“It might may no difference, but for KY and WVA can we get someone to ask his belief. Does he believe in a God. He had skated on saying he has a Jewish heritage. I think I read he is an atheist. This could make several points difference with my peeps. My Southern Baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist.”

Sanders supporters were furious to learn the party crafted lines of attack against their candidate.

But that wasn’t the only attempt to sabotage Sanders campaign.

Breitbart also reports:

In another email, to DNC Communications Director Luis Miranda, Democrat national press secretary Mark Paustenbach suggested that the DNC could craft a good “Bernie narrative” about how the Vermont Senator’s campaign was “a mess.”

Wondering if there’s a good Bernie narrative for a story, which is that Bernie never ever had his act together, that his campaign was “a mess.”

Specifically, DWS had to call Bernie directly in order to get the campaign to do things because they’d either ignored or forgotten to something critical.

She had to call Bernie after the data breach to make his staff to respond to our concerns. Even then they didn’t get back to us, which is why we had to shut off their access in order to get them to finally let us know exactly how they snooped around HFA’s data.

Same was true with the standing committee appointments. They never got back to us with their names (HFA and even O’Malley got there’s in six weeks earlier) for the committees. So, again, the chair had to call Bernie personally for his staff to finally get us critical information.

So, they gave us an awful list just a few days before we had to make the announcements. It’s not a DNC conspiracy, it’s because they never had their act together.”

Under federal campaign law, a donation of services is considered as an ‘in-kind’ contribution and must be reported.

Staffers at the Democrat National Committee were using their talents as political operatives to boost the Clinton campaign and harm Bernie Sanders insurgent bid.

The effort to rig the Democrat primary was kept under wraps by the Clinton campaign by not reporting any in-kind contributions on their Federal Election Commission reports.

It looks like Hillary may have yet another investigation on her hands.
