Chelsea Clinton is positioning herself for a future run for office.

She wants to resurrect the Clinton dynasty.

But one poll just gave her very bad news.

The American people are sick of the Clintons.

They want them off the stage.

That was one message from the Presidential election.

And if that wasn’t clear enough, a new poll shows that voters are doubling down on their insistence that the book be closed on the Clintons political future.

A Morning Consult/Politico poll found barely a quarter of registered voters want Chelsea Clinton to run for office.

Breitbart reports:

“Chelsea Clinton is not getting much support to run for office from American voters, according to a new poll.

Only 27 percent of registered voters say they would support Clinton if she ran for political office, while 48 percent said they would rather not see her run, according to a Morning Consult/Politico poll.

The remaining quarter of voters said they had no opinion or were unsure.

Along party lines, Clinton, 37, did not have a lot of support from her own party, with only 48 percent of Democrats saying they would support her in a future run for office. An overwhelming 74 percent of Republicans said they would oppose her candidacy.

Clinton performed poorly in the polls among independents as well, with only 20 percent of independents supporting her and 48 percent opposing her.”

Clinton – and former aides to her mother – have fed speculation that she will eventually run for office.

The Hill reports:

“Clinton has only stoked the rumors further, particularly on Twitter, where she has repeatedly gone after President Trump and his associates since Inauguration Day. On Sunday, she also took the opportunity to rail against Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) for racially charged comments about immigrant babies.

“Clearly the Congressman does not view all our children as, well, all our children. Particularly ironic and painful on Purim,” she wrote on Twitter, in reference to the Jewish holiday this week.

That fiery approach has some in Clinton World thinking she’s serious about a run for office — maybe not imminently, but in the future.

“She’s never denied that she has an interest in running for office, and that leads me to believe that one day she will,” said one former aide to Hillary Clinton. “And she’d probably be successful.”

Even Chelsea Clinton’s denials have been questioned and many believe a run for office is in her future.

She said in an interview on CBS that she isn’t running or anything “right now.”

But this isn’t a firm denial of ever wanting to run for office.

Many speculate that a Congressional campaign would be how she begins her political career.

But judging by the results of the Morning Consult/Politico poll, voters are sick of the Clintons and want them gone already.

Chelsea Clinton could be making the biggest mistake of her life.
