While President Trump works to repair the damage done to the country under the Obama administration’s immigration orders and plans to flood the U.S. with millions of unvetted Syrian refugees, a new example of the dangers posed under Obama-era orders has recently come to light.

Time and again, it has been proven that many immigrants come into the U.S. without proper vetting, then radicalize and set up terror cells in small towns across the country.

And a recent event held near Washington, D.C. shows the potential dangers of the open-borders globalists who want to flood the U.S. with refugees and immigrants from Middle Eastern countries.

The Gulzar E. Madina Mosque in Pikesville, Maryland is just an hour from the nation’s capital and recently held an event to “celebrate” the life of an assassin.

The celebration, known as “Urs”, is usually reserved for Muslim saints and holy figures.

However, the Urs held at the Madina mosque was to honor Mumtaz Qadri who was hanged for the murder of his employer, Salman Taseer, a provincial governor in Pakistan.

Qadri had shot the governor 28 times at a local market in broad daylight.

In an even more ironic twist, Quadri was the governor’s bodyguard.

As governor of a province in Punjab, Taseer was beloved by the people in his locality. He was assassinated for the “crime” of defending a Christian woman accused of blasphemy and sentenced to death.

Governor Taseer also came under fire by radical Muslims for his criticism of their Blasphemy laws, all of which carry the death penalty if broken.

Judicial Watch reported:

Mumtaz Qadri, who was the Governor’s bodyguard, assassinated liberal Pakistani politician and Governor of Punjab province Salman Taseer in 2011 for speaking out against Pakistan’s controversial Blasphemy laws and expressing solidarity with a Christian woman who had been accused of blasphemy. After Qadri was charged with murder by an anti-terrorism court and hanged in 2016, more than 100,000 people came out to attend his funeral.

Ironically, speakers at the event in Maryland said they loved being in the U.S. because of their First Amendment right of Freedom of Speech – a right they used to their advantage during the celebration, demanding death for any who would speak against Muslim law.

Judicial Watch reported on the comments of a speaker at the Urs event:

We have some freedoms here (in the U.S.) which we do not even have in other Muslim countries, this is the beauty of this country. There are some countries where we can’t even praise the prophet, we can’t celebrate the Day of Imam Hussain, this country has freedom of religion and this is the beauty of this country.

Under Obama, the administration refused to even utter the words “radical Islamic terrorism”, nor did they acknowledge any danger to U.S. citizens in allowing unvetted immigrants into the country from terrorist hotbeds in the Middle East.

President Trump campaigned on the promise to crack down on illegal immigration and the Syrian refugee program Obama had implemented, and he’s worked since day one of his presidency to temporarily halt immigration from several countries with known terrorist ties.

Judicial Watch reported:

Undoubtedly, eight years of Obama administration policies protecting Muslim rights and downplaying the connection between Islam and radical terrorism caused a lot of damage. Obama launched a government-wide Muslim rights initiative that forced federal agencies to go out of their way to accommodate Muslims and avoid offending them by, among other things, caving into their demands involving law enforcement anti-terrorism training considered offensive.

The speakers at the event also collected donations which they claimed would be used to help Syrian refugees get to the U.S.

Sadly, the First Amendment rights of those in the U.S. were, in this instance, used to spread hatred and radical vitriol.

And radical Islamists have made it clear – the U.S. is exactly where they want to be to spread their message.
