Screen Shot 2016-06-27 at 5.39.38 PMLast week the Democrats staged a 26 hour sit in on the house floor in a pathetic attempt to get “meaningful action on gun control” passed.

Apparently, they didn’t get the message when the house voted previously on the measures they proposed and roundly defeated all of their proposed measures.

After being spanked in the House of Representatives and watching their efforts in D.C. sputter, the Democrats are now going to the local level to get things done.

Now everyone thinks these efforts to get new laws passed  have been about gun control, after all, why wouldn’t it be?

The Democrats have spent hours and hours and hours talking about how disastrous all of our gun laws are. And they’ve spoken ad nauseam  about how dangeorus assault rifles are,  so you’d be led to believe they really want to do something about guns.

But is there a deeper more basic reason they’re deciding to promote these sit ins?

Probably, and it likely has something to do with something Democrats love more than anything.

Money.

During the sit in the DNC took advantage of the attention they were getting and fired off half a dozen emails to their supporters begging for money.

That might be why Pelosi is trying to get Democrats nationwide to stage their own sit ins.

So they can use the momentum generated by these sit ins to make even more money.

Here’s the thing about this.

One of the emails sent by the Democrats during the D.C. sit in was signed by Pelosi herself…

GOP rep Mike Pompero caught wind of that and tweeted out to his followers about the despicable practice.

It truly is despicable what she and her team are doing.

They know well that they were capitalizing on the senseless deaths of the 49 in Orlando to make more money for their party.

And keep in mind the whole time they were in this sit in they were taking turns on the floor, they were sleeping, they were ordering Chick-Fil-A and they were blaming the Republicans the whole time.

And here they are blaming the Republicans for being insensitive and opportunistic.

Doesn’t this just stink to high heaven of hypocrisy?
