screen-shot-2016-10-03-at-2-24-50-pmThe most recent poll issued by CNN/ORC that came out Monday afternoon had Trump leading Mrs. Clinton 47% to 42% among likely voters.

Part of that likely has to do with his performance in the debates last week, and the other part could likely be attributed to what people are learning about Mrs. Clinton this far into the race.

It’s finally become apparent to millions of Americans that Hillary Clinton (along with her husband Bill) are perpetually at the center of scandal and are as shady as they come.

And it’s their many improprieties that has some wondering if Clinton is behind an Attorney General ruling the Trump Foundation can no longer do business in the state of New York.

You read correctly, weeks before one of the most anticipated and meaningful elections in history and the primary fundraising vehicle for Trump’s campaign has been forbidden to do business.

What’s their crime you might ask?

They apparently don’t have the proper certificates to fundraise according to the New York State AG.

Makes you wonder why Trump’s getting hit with an injunction like this when it’s been revealed Clinton and her foundation are funneling private donations through their foundation right into their pocketbooks….doesn’t it?

Something fishy is going on.

The number one thing to recognize is all the red tape that exists makes it almost impossible to always stay on top of business.

In this case, Trump and his foundation apparently didn’t have one form filled out.

As the Washington Post writes “But the Trump Foundation never registered under article 7A of New York’s Executive Law, as is required for any charity soliciting more than $25,000 per year from the public.”

Because they didn’t have that measly little form filled out they’re being hit.

“James Sheehan, head of the attorney general’s charities bureau, sent the “notice of violation” to the Donald J. Trump Foundation on Friday, according to a copy of the notice provided by the press office of state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman (D).

The New York attorney general has notified Donald Trump that his charitable foundation is violating state law — by soliciting donations without proper certification — and ordered Trump’s charity to stop its fundraising immediately, the attorney general’s office said Monday.”

This notice to cease fundraising is coming at a critical time for the campaign.

The good news is they’ve got 15 days to get all the paperwork to the AG so they can resume fundraising…so it doesn’t look like this notice is going to put a huge damper on his fundraising.

They also have to provide paperwork for all the years they were fundraising without the correct forms filled out too. That shouldn’t be too much of an issue.
But all this causes one question to be asked? “What the heck is going on here and why isn’t Hillary in any trouble for her foundation’s many misdeeds?”
