A new video released by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) features more evidence of widespread crimes by Planned Parenthood and its affiliates.

In the latest tape, the seventh in a series of twelve, a former employee of StemExpress talks about being asked to remove the brain from an infant she was told had been aborted, but still had a beating heart.

StemExpress is a medical research company that was affiliated with Planned Parenthood until the release of CMP’s undercover tapes and the launching of subsequent criminal investigations.

According to former employee Holly O’Donnell, her supervisor asked her if “‘I want to see something kind of cool.’”

“And she just taps the heart, and it starts beating,” said O’Donnell. “And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”

“I don’t know if that constitutes it’s technically dead, or it’s alive,” said O’Donnell.

There are medical procedures that intentionally trap blood in a severed heart, allowing it to continue beating after it has been removed so the tissue stays fresh.

There is no indication, however, Planned Parenthood or StemExpress used this procedure.

Refusing to provide emergency care to an infant that survived an abortion is a federal crime.

“The Center for Medical Progress alleges that Planned Parenthood is likely breaking federal laws requiring that appropriate medical care and treatment be given to babies who survive abortions,” LifeNews.com reports. “State and federal law require that the same treatment be given to an infant born-alive after an abortion as to a normally delivered baby (1 U.S.C. 8, CA Health and Safety Code 123435). California law also prohibits any kind of experimentation on a fetus with a discernible heartbeat (CA Health and Safety Code 123440).”

In the video, O’Donnell also recounts how her StemExpress supervisor instructed her to slice through the baby’s face to get the brain.

“I can’t even describe what that feels like,” she says.
