London has experienced major losses this year by the hands of terrorists.

This week alone over a dozen people were taken to the hospital with severe injuries after an explosion occurred at a subway station.

As terrorist groups continue to exploit London’s open border policies, more and more innocents could be hurt– but is that enough to convince the European government to stop the influx of migrants?

On March 22nd, 5 people died and 50 others were injured at Westminster after a terrorist drove his car into a crowd and went on a stabbing spree. The killer was inspired by ISIS radicals.

On June 3rd, two men drove their car into a crowd of pedestrians and went on a stabbing spree in a copycat attack on the London Bridge. More than 40 people were injured, and 8 dead. The two attackers were not linked to ISIS by evidence, though ISIS claimed the attack.

And most recently, on September 15th, an improvised bomb detonated in an underground subway system.

The Daily Caller reported:

At least 18 people were taken to the hospital Friday after an explosion at a subway station in southwest London.

The blast took place 8:20 a.m. local time in the middle of rush hour at the Parsons Green station, BBC reports. Pictures show a white bucket on fire inside a supermarket bag. The Metropolitan Police could not confirm the cause of the fire but the incident is treated as an act of terror.

Two suspects have been arrested– one, a Syrian refugee, and another an Iraqi orphan refugee originating from ISIS-controlled territory.

Breitbart London reported:

The second of two men arrested in connection with Friday morning’s Parsons Green London tube network attack has been named as 21-Year-Old Syrian migrant Yahyah Farouk.

The Syrian migrant — who has been reported to have been fostered by the same British couple who also cared for a number of refugees including the [unnamed] 18-year-old male presently being held as the prime suspect — is thought to have lived in the UK for over four years.

The mayor of London claimed the city “will not be intimidated by terrorists.”

Despite his claims, the number of terror-related arrests has grown significantly in prior months.

The Daily Caller reported:

London Mayor Sadiq Khan said the city “will never be intimidated or defeated by terrorism” in a brief statement on his Facebook page.

More than one person per day on average is arrested for a terror-related offense in the United Kingdom, according to government figures released Thursday.

There were 379 terror-related arrests during a 12-month period ending in June. The figure marks a 68 percent increase from the year before and is the highest since the government started collecting data in 2001. More than 90 percent of all offenses are related to Islamic fundamentalism.

The British Prime Minister also made a statement, leaving her thoughts with the victims–though made no mention of the involvement of terrorism.

The Daily Caller continued:

“My thoughts are with those injured at Parsons Green and emergency services who are responding bravely to this terrorist incident,” Prime Minister Theresa May said.

London is a major global trade center and has a large population, leaving it vulnerable to terrorist attacks.
