You can add Hillary Clinton to the ever growing list of liberals looking to exploit the manufactured crisis on the Southern border.

Clinton peppered Donald Trump with attacks over his policy to enforce federal immigration laws.

But Clinton stepped in it when she said something insane about the Bible.

Many liberals see religion as antiquated.

And some leftists downright hate religions.

To them, government is their god.

But liberals – like Hillary Clinton – conveniently claim to support Christian principles when they believe they can score political points.

It’s an obscene abuse of people’s faith.

So of course Hillary Clinton continued this practice with a scathing attack on Donald Trump’s zero tolerance immigration policy.

Clinton stated in a speech in New York:

“Nor are these policies rooted in religion.”

“In fact, those who selectively use the Bible to justify this cruelty are ignoring a central tenet of Christianity.”

The former two-time failed Presidential candidate continued:

“I went to a lot of years of Sunday school. I even taught it from time to time. I’ve studied the Bible, both the Old and the New testament.”

“What is being done using the name of religion is contrary to everything I was ever taught. Jesus said, ‘Suffer the little children unto me.’ He did not say, ‘Let the children suffer.’”

It’s ironic that Clinton would claim Trump and his supporters pick and choose how they employ the Bible to support their policies.

Clinton is a strong supporter of homosexual marriage and abortion on demand up until the moment of birth.

The Bible is very clear on both of those issues.

And as for immigration, Clinton is once again lying.

Conservative talk show host Steve Deace appeared on his CRTV show and laid out the lies the left is telling about immigration.

Deace noted that in order to immigrate to Israel, God demanded complete assimilation.

You had to drop all of your cultural customs and false religious beliefs if they were in conflict with Israel’s.

In addition, Deace stated that God even forbid specific groups of people from entering Israel.

The Moabites were banned for ten generations and that was resolved only when Ruth converted to Judaism – i.e. assimilation.

Deace also recounts how in Ezra, they returned to the Holy Land and found the Israelites had intermarried with pagans.

The conservative talk show host stated that this problem was solved with “a mass deportation that separated families.”

Deace also tore apart the modern-day argument that the Baby Jesus and his parents were aliens and refugees escaping to Egypt from Herod.

He stated that both Palestine and Egypt were not sovereign nations, but were states under the control of the Roman Empire. He declared that their story was not an immigration story, but that it would have been similar to traveling between two states to evade an authority figure to escape his jurisdiction.

Deace concluded his breakdown by noting that the Bible was not written as a “free public policy text book” but rather a “love letter from a Creator chasing after his religious creation” and that it “should not be taken out of context.”
